 Samatbhai Bella, a farmer teacher from Jam Kalyanpur in Devbhumi Dwarka district, has

made a name for himself in the world of painting in a very short time.Samatbhai did not inherit the art of painting and had no contact with any of the great painters in the area where he was born. Even so, his desire to learn painting led him to become an accomplished artist. Spontaneous paintings have crossed the borders of the country today.Samatbhai draws his picture on canvas through oil. Pictures that are liked at first glance seem to be just now spoken, also called a living picture style. He is currently working on two picture series. In which one is "Rangdhara of Saurashtra" and the other is "Krishnamay". Both of their series are very popular.

Rangdhara of Saurashtra is a series based on the rural life of Saurashtra region of Gujarat. Made the rural folk life of Gujarat a center of attraction all over the world through a

painting. The pictures of old people, children, women and animals seen in his paintings are full of price.Samatbhai travels to many inland villages of Saurashtra to create the Rangdhara series of Saurashtra. He has done a noble job of painting the lives of people living in diverse areas like Gir forests, Barda Dungar, dry areas of Okha. Samatbhai considers it his artistic duty to bring the unique folk life of Gujarat to the forefront of the world when it is struggling against the geographical conditions.

In the Krishnamaya series, Samatbhai has created pictures revealing the prices of how people live in Krishnamaya. Samatbhai's paintings clearly show that he is a deep Krishna lover. His devotion to Krishna is evident in his paintings. And each picture is not only beautiful but also expressive. Today Krishnamaya's paintings have become very popular among Indians living abroad. Even today, Samatbhai lives in the village and lives a normal life as a teacher. But impressed by his art, people from home and abroad come to meet him. Foreigners from countries like Switzerland, Norway, America have come to visit them in a small village.So far, a total of 30 paintings have been exhibited nationally and internationally. His paintings have been exhibited in most cities of India. These include Indian cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Surat, Indore (Madhya Pradesh), Calcutta, Vadodara, Jodhpur (Rajasthan), Rajkot, Jamnagar. As well as international cities such as Singapore and New York. Samatbhai's collection of paintings is also available in cities like America and London.

Samatbhai, an artisan, has been honored with letters of commendation by many organizations. His paintings were also honored by former Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Anandibahen Patel. So far, Samatbhai has been honored with many national and international awards in the field of painting. In 2012, he was honored with National Awards in Jodhpur, Rajasthan and Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and in 2016, he was also honored with Best Artist at the International Art Fair in Vadodara. He is also entitled to special honors like "Ahir Ratan" by Ahir Samaj. He was also declared as an "icon" of Devbhoomi Dwarka by the Election Commission.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) was established in the year 1960 to prescribe syllabus, study material, education policies for secondary and higher secondary education in the state of Gujarat. The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) also conducts examinations at the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and the Higher Secondary (School) Certificate (HSC) level.

Every year, lakhs of students appear for the Gujarat Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and the Higher Secondary (School) Certificate (HSC) level examinations conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). It also conducts the GUJCET entrance examination for engineering admissions in the state.

         વુહાનથી નિકળીને સમગ્ર વિશ્વમાં માનવ જીવનને થંભાવી દીધું હતું. આ જ કોરોના મહામારી માં કેટલાય લોકો એ પોતાના સગા સ્નેહીઓને ગુમાવ્યા છે. એવા સમયે દાહોદ જિલ્લામાં આવેલા ગલાલિયાવાડ ગામના રહેવાસી એવા સ્વ. પૂનમભાઈ ખરાડિયા ના પુત્ર તીથૅને ધોરણ ૧ માં પ્રવેશ આપી એ બાળકને મેહરબાન જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી સાહેબ એ આજે પોતાના જન્મ દિવસ નિમિત્તે અનોખી ઉજવણી કરતા માનવધર્મ નિભાવી દતક લીધો.‌આ સમયે તેમણે શાળા માં તીથૅ ને જીવન જરૂરિયાતની ચીજવસ્તુઓ તથા શૈક્ષણિક કીટ ભેટ આપી ને તમામ જવાબદારી પોતે સ્વીકારી . 

         આ તબક્કે શાળા માં યોજાયેલ આ વિશિષ્ટ કાર્ય માં જિલ્લા પંચાયત ગલાલિયાવાડના જિલ્લા સદસ્ય શ્રી સુધીરભાઈ લાલપુરવાલા સાહેબ ની પ્રેરક ઉપસ્થિતિ રહી. છેલ્લા ૩૨ વષૅથી  રાજકીય ક્ષેત્રને સેવાકીય ક્ષેત્ર તરીકે સ્થાપિત કરીને સમગ્ર ગુજરાતમાં દાહોદ જિલ્લાનુ નામ રોશન કરનાર માનનીય સુધિરભાઈ લાલપુરવાલા સાહેબ એ આ પ્રસંગે અન્ય અનાથ બાળકો ને પોતે દતક લઈ તમામ મળવા પાત્ર તમામ યોજનાઓ તથા શક્ય તેટલી મદદરુપ થવા માટે બાંહેધરી આપી એક માનવ મૂલ્ય ઉજાગર કરીને એક સાચા જનસેવક કે લોકપ્રતિનિધિ ની આગવી ઓળખ આપી હતી.‌

   

       સમગ્ર કાર્યક્રમ માં જિલ્લા સદસ્ય શ્રી સુધીરભાઈ લાલપુરવાલા, દાહોદ તાલુકા પંચાયત ના શ્રી વિજયભાઈ પરમાર, મેહરબાન જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી શ્રી મયુરભાઈ પારેખ સાહેબ, ગલાલિયાવાડ ના તાલુકા સદસ્ય શ્રિમતી અનિતાબેન સંગાડા ના પતિ અને સામાજિક કાર્યકર તથા ગામના અગ્રણી એવા શ્રી જશવંત ભાઈ સંગાડા, શ્રી જનકભાઈ પટેલ, દેશની સરહદ પર સેવા બજાવી નિવૃત થનાર શ્રી ભરતભાઈ સંગાડા, એસ એમ સી અધ્યક્ષ અને ડેપ્યુટી સરપંચ શ્રી અર્જુનભાઇ મછાર , ઠક્કર બાપા પગાર કેન્દ્ર ના આચાર્ય શ્રી દેવેન્દ્ર ભાઈ પંચાલ,  શ્રી વિનુભાઈ ખરાડિયા, શ્રી રાળુભાઈ, મધ્યાહન ભોજન યોજનાના સંચાલક શ્રી વાલચંદભાઈ  તથા શાળા પરિવાર ના સદસ્યો તેમજ ગામના આગેવાનો તથા અગ્રણીઓ હાજર રહ્યા હતા. શાળા પરિવાર દ્વારા વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪ સુધીમાં શાળા ને મોડેલ સ્કૂલ બનાવવા ના ધ્યેય તથા અન્ય શૈક્ષણિક , સેવાકીય પ્રવૃતિઓ અંગે શાળા ના આચાર્ય શ્રી લવિન્દ્રકુમાર આર સંગાડા સાહેબ દ્વારા વિગતવાર માહિતી આપી આ ઉમદા કાર્ય માં શાળા પરિવાર પોતે સંપૂર્ણ સાથ સહયોગ થકી કાયૅ કરશે એવી મેહરબાન સાહેબ શ્રીઓને ખાત્રી આપવામાં આવી. 

                કાયૅ ક્રમની આભારવિધિ શાળા ના શિક્ષક  શ્રી અમિતભાઈ શાહ દ્વારા તેમજ કાયૅ ક્રમનું સંચાલન શ્રી સતીષભાઈ પરમાર તેમજ સમગ્ર સહયોગ શાળા પરિવાર ના તમામ સદસ્ય શ્રીઓએ આપ્યો હતો. જે બાદથી છેલ્લે તમામ મુખ્ય મહેમાનો તથા સાહેબ શ્રી દ્વારા વૃક્ષારોપણ કાર્યક્રમ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. આ સમગ્ર કાર્યક્રમ માં મદદરૂપ થનાર સૌ કોઈનો શાળા પરિવાર ગલાલિયાવાડ હ્રદયપૂર્વક ખૂબ ખૂબ આભાર માને છે.
